Autism Diagnostic Testing
For ages 15 years and older
The MIGDAS-2 screening tool is an interactive, strengths based interview. It is collaborative and shaped to fit each person's world view.
I have formal training with the MIGDAS-2, and 25 years of clinical work with autistics and their loved ones.
From this assessment, I offer diagnostic feedback, evaluation reports, recommendations, referrals as desired, differential diagnosis (list of all possible diagnosis present) and ongoing therapy and advocacy.

STRUCTURE
a) Initial 20-minute consultation call
b) Complete intake documents
c) Attend virtual evaluation (approximately 90-minutes)
d) Receive reports within 10 days after evaluation
e) One last 30-minute meeting with me to go over reports together

Total cost: $1200
$600 deposit (after consultation call, once the evaluation is scheduled)
$600 due TWO days before the evaluation

REPORTS PROVIDED
a) Behavior Profile that includes a comprehensive description on the following developmental differences: Language and Communication, Sensory Use and Interests, Social Relationships and Emotional Responses.
b) Recommendations for supports in environments relevant to each person; other evaluations and therapies that may be beneficial. This report includes differential diagnosis.

The MIGDAS-2 is an invaluable tool for understanding yourself, how you process and make sense of the world, what what you need to allow you to live your life how you need.
The MIGDAS-2 is not accepted by the Federal Government for disability applications. However, completing the MIGDAS-2 can expedite the process of attaining the documentation required for disability applications. Please ask me more about this, if it applies to you.
