Las Cruces, Austin, Houston & across the states of New Mexico and Texas
How do I know if therapy is right for me right now?
People often come to therapy not because they have a clear answer, but because something no longer feels sustainable. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure how to make sense of what you’re experiencing. Therapy can be helpful when you want a thoughtful, supportive space to understand patterns, explore options, and make changes at a pace that respects your nervous system and lived experience.
What types of clients do you work with?
I primarily work with Autistic and neurodivergent adults (ages 15+), loved ones of Autistic individuals, and people navigating trauma, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and systemic stress. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and grounded in an understanding of how culture, power, and lived context shape mental health.
Do you work with Autistic or Neurodivergent adults and aldolesents?
Yes. Supporting Autistic and neurodivergent adults is a central focus of my practice. Many clients come to me after feeling misunderstood or poorly served in more traditional therapy settings. My approach is affirming, non-pathologizing, and attentive to sensory, communication, and relational differences across the lifespan.
Do you offer autism evaluations for adolescents or adults?
I provide autism evaluations for adolescents and adults (15 years and older) using the MIGDAS-2. The assessment process is collaborative and strengths-based, with an emphasis on understanding your lived experience rather than assigning labels. Many people seek evaluation for clarity, self-understanding, or validation rather than diagnosis alone.

What is your approach to trauma and PTSD?
I work with trauma and PTSD across the lifespan, including early, recent, relational, ancestral, and collective trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and paced carefully to support safety and integration rather than re-traumatization. Therapy focuses not only on symptoms, but on meaning, context, and long-term healing.
Are you LBGTQIA+ affirming?
Yes. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and work with gender-expansive individuals and relationships. Therapy is a space where identity is respected and not questioned, minimized, or pathologized.
What does working with you look like?
Therapy with me is collaborative and relational. Sessions may include reflection, dialogue, practical tools, and attention to emotional, relational, and bodily experience. I work flexibly, drawing from multiple approaches to meet your needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
What if therapy hasn't worked for me before?
Many people I work with have had previous therapy experiences that felt unhelpful or even harmful. This is especially common for Autistic adults and trauma survivors. We take time to understand what didn’t work, what felt missing, and what you want to be different. Therapy can look very different when it is tailored to who you are.
Do you offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP)?
I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) as part of a carefully structured therapeutic process. In-home KAP services are available in Las Cruces, NM and El Paso, TX. KAP is not a stand-alone treatment and is always integrated with preparation and follow-up therapy.
Where are you located, and do you offer in-home session?
I am based in southern New Mexico and provide in-home ketamine-assisted psychotherapy services in Las Cruces, NM and El Paso, TX. Please contact me to discuss location, availability, and whether in-home services are appropriate for your needs.
What are your rates, do you accept insurance or offer sliding scale rates?
Sessions are $200 for 50-minutes. I do accept insurance. I am paneled with several insurance companies in New Mexico and Texas, please inquire.
